Winter 22/23 Futsal Reschedule Request Form

  • Each team must submit a reschedule request with the same game information in order for the reschedule request to be valid. Reschedule requests must be received by WRSA Office 10 days in advance of the originally scheduled game. Or, 10 days in advance of the reschedule request date if that date is prior to the originally scheduled game.
    The cost to reschedule a game is $25.00 payable to the WRSA Office.

    Game reschedule requests received within 10 days will not be rescheduled. Teams may play a friendly and report the final score to WRSA Office prior to last league games scheduled. If a reschedule or friendly is not agreed upon, the initiating team will be required to forfeit the game. Forfeit fines and 0-3 score will apply to the initiating team. The forfeit fine is $50.00 if the team cancels day of the game or is a no show.

    November 23 @ 5:00pm for 12/2 weekend
    November 30 @ 5:00pm for 12/9 - 12/10 weekend
    December 7 @ 5:00pm for 12/16 - 12/17 weekend
    December 28 @ 5:00pm for 1/6 -1/7 weekend
    January 4 @ 5:00pm for 1/13 -1/14 weekend
    January 11 @ 5:00pm for 1/20 - 1/21 weekend
    January 18 @ 5:00pm for 1/227 - 1/28 weekend
    January 25 @ 5:00pm for 2/4 - 2/5 weekend
    February 1 for 2/10-2/11 weekend
