Adult League Individual Application | Stryker Sports Complex

Adult League Summer Session games will begin May 19, 2024.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS MAY 5, 2024. Stryker will contact you to collect payment once there are enough individual registrations to form a team. Payment must be received by Wednesday, May 10th.

Stryker Adult League Individual Fee is $50 (applicable sales tax included)

Payment of team fees can be made at our Stryker indoor facility concession counter. We accept cash, check or credit card. Payment can also be made by credit card over the phone at 316-260-9935. Credit card payments will incur a 3.25% processing fee.
