Reschedule Request Form SPRING

  • The cost to reschedule a game is $25. BOTH teams must submit a reschedule request form with the same game information in order for the reschedule request to be valid. Reschedule requests must be received by WRSA Office 10 calendar days prior to the originally scheduled game. Or, 10 calendar days prior to the next league weekend.

    Teams may agree to play a friendly and report the final score to WRSA Office.
    If a reschedule or friendly is not agreed upon, the initiating team will be required to forfeit the game.
    Forfeit fine ($50) and 0-3 score will apply to the initiating team.

    Deadlines to submit reschedule requests are Wednesday at 5 pm on the following dates:
    February 19 for 2/21-2/23 weekend
    February 19 for 2/28-3/2 weekend
    March 5 for 3/14-3/16 weekend
    March 12 for 3/21-3/23 weekend
    March 19 for 3/28 - 3/30 weekend
    March 26 for 4/4 - 4/6 weekend
    April 9 for 4/18 - 4/19 weekend
    April 16 for 4/25 - 4/27 weekend
    April 30 for 5/9 - 5/11 weekend
    May 7 for 5/16 - 5/18 weekend

  • The following dates are NOT available for rescheduled games:
    3/7/25, 3/8/25, 3/9/25 - Stryker Spring Opener
    4/11/25, 4/12/25, 4/13/25 - Air Capital Cup
    4/20/25 - Easter
    5/2/25, 5/3/25, 5/4/25 - Wichita Spring Invitational

    Reschedules are not permitted during the week. Games played during the week are considered friendlies and played at the teams' expense.
